Health, whether good or bad, doesn’t just happen right before the symptom! Poor nutrition over a period of years will develop stages of a disease until a symptom appears and reversal of that disease will require lifestyle changes including improved stages of nutritional intake as well as a detoxification program and hormonal balancing over time.
Heavy metals in the body are believed to cause illnesses such as heart disease, strokes, diabetes, circulatory disorders, neuropathies, Alzheimer’s disease, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar, Autism, Parkinson’s, and atherosclerosis, to name a few. Heavy metals and toxins cannot penetrate a healthy cell membrane produced by a healthy and properly nourished body very easily.
A healthy cell membrane is made of Omega-3, 6, and 9, cholesterol, and Arachadonic Acid. When we remove the Omega-3 from our diet, the body cannot make this long chain fatty acid. In order for the body to survive, it must make something to take the place of Omega-3s and that is a Short Chain Trans Fatty Acid. This Short Chain Trans Fat is called HDL and LDL, cholesterol. This is bad and worse cholesterol.
Just plain cholesterol, not HDL or LDL, is at the top of the hormone pathway and is very necessary for good health. When your body is producing short chain fatty acids because your body is lacking the intake of Omega-3s, the cells that are produced with the Short Chain Trans Fats, are unhealthy and have a weakened cell membrane and are easily penetrated by heavy metals and unknown pathogens. This is one example as to why disease begins in stages.

DAVID AND STEPHANIE TIPPIE, directors of the ANTI-AGING CLINIC ASSOCIATION, INC., in Florida: “Trans-fatty acids are not just from the cook and his poor choices.Trans-fatty acids make unhealthy cell walls in the body because we are lacking in omega-3s. Food manufacturers in this country routinely remove the long-chain fatty acids — omega-3s — by way of processing food to give it a longer shelf life. This is the beginning of our troubles, because it sets up weakened cell wall syndrome. Trans-fatty acidscombine with excess sugar in our body from poor diet and create triglycerides, which create plaque, and that leads to atherosclerosis and heart attack. Heavy metals in our body from food, air and water, penetrate these weakened cell walls and cause diseases like Parkinson’s, ADD, ADHD, autism, etc.” The Tippies have been medical researchers for the past 20 years. They opened their research and development center in 2001 to pursue the natural alternatives to the medical industry. They have been interviewed numerous times by television and print media, and have authored their own book, “A Feel Good Face-Lift, Body Contour & Weight Loss Program Without the Risk of Dying!” set to be published late 2006. Interview with Anti-Aging Entrepreneur David Tippie
Oh, to be young again. David and Stephanie Tippie are tapping the fountain of youth for their many clients. If you are interested in starting an anti-aging business, you’ll enjoy hearing about their entrepreneurial adventure
David Tippie is the founder of the Anti Aging Clinic Association, who was courageously joined by his wife, now co-owner Stephanie.
We decided to ask David to share his experiences in starting an anti-aging business.
David, tell us about your current business. What are you doing exactly?
I started the Anti Aging Clinic Association in 2001.
The Anti-Aging Clinic centers its strategy on the premise that the company resonates with the consumer because it offers holistic products and safe comprehensive natural programs for the preservation of disease and enhancement of health all around, age intervention, and beauty. We empower our clientele to “Age Younger” by teaching them to perform daily “housekeeping” on their body, thus building a stronger immune system. Without good health, you cannot achieve true beauty.
The roots of the business go way back before I met my wife Stephanie, health has always been my passion. Health and appearance was also important to Stephanie and two years after meeting in GYM, we married. Three years after I had opened the doors of the clinic, Stephanie made the decision to join me.
However, she was more than the material girl living in the material world. She had been part of the medical industry and when she joined me, it was the opposite of the wellness industry but she believed that ultimately taking care of oneself naturally from within through proper nutrition and exercise is essential to health and beauty.
Stephanie has always taken great care in her appearance and delighted herself in health and beauty facts and tips; so in 2004 when she decided to team up with me to help build our Anti-Aging Clinic concept and bring it to the world it was a positive step for her.
Stephanie’s hobby turned into a passion with the clinic, Stephanie took a bold step leaving the security of her job, selling medical equipment to begin selling a lifestyle change with me, but she found that she was better off for joining me in the venture.
We leveraged our personal funds to improve our chances to expand across the US market in search for an equity partner to accelerate that process.
What were you doing before this, and is this your first business?
I was a general contractor and I had been in business for myself for more than 25-years. Stephanie was an international sales executive for major medical manufacturers and had never been in business for herself up until then and that disserves a metal to take that first step to independence, trust me, I know.
Who are your main competitors? How do you compete against them?
Anti Aging physicians, plastic surgeons, dermatologists and medical spas would are our main competitors.
The Anti-Aging Clinic outshines these industry participants because we hold an un-fair advantage because of our ongoing research and development that provides the most comprehensive and unique holistic program for wellness and age intervention in the world. This is perhaps the main way the company distinguishes itself from competition in our industry. We aim to differentiate ourselves in this market by delivering more knowledge, results, and value to our target customers in an instilled patentable teamwork approach absent from any competition.
How has your experience in running the business been different from what you expected?
My vision and passion was always to empower people to transform their health and “Age Younger.” We have succeeded in achieving this goal with the added passion from Stephanie and now we are looking to expand our clinics.
Is there anything you wish you had done differently?
We should have begun an internet marketing campaign to bring more awareness to others outside of the South Florida area, earlier.
What have you done that has been very effective in helping to grow the business?
This is a word of mouth business. Our dedication to our clientele has been the most effective tool in growing the business.
What advice would you give to somebody else who wanted to start a similar business?
Make sure that you are an expert in the field. Instill trust in your clients. Do not become a “me to” clinic.
That’s great advice for starting an anti-aging clinic or any business for that matter. David, thanks so much for sharing your entrepreneurial experience with us, and good luck in growing your business.
